About Me

Hello & Welcome to Precious Beginnings Lactation Services!

    Cecilia

My name is Cecilia Carrabau- Falcioni.  I am a Registered Nurse RN, Childbirth Educator who specializes in Maternal and Infant Health, and an International Board Certified Lactation Consultant IBCLC, with over 18 years experience.

I provide comprehensive services to guide and support mothers and families in identifying and resolving their breastfeeding challenges through education, practical support and the implementation of an individualized plan that is focused on meeting your breastfeeding needs.  I aim to assist you and your family in reaching your goals in the comfort of your home and/or virtually.

In addition, I teach comprehensive and engaging private Childbirth Preparation and Breastfeeding classes to prepare you confidently for the wonderful, life-changing experience you are soon to venture!  Book a Childbirth Preparation and/or Breastfeeding class to comfortably prepare yourself prior to the arrival of your little one!

Call or email me today to book.

While breastfeeding is one of the healthiest and most natural ways to feed your baby, breastfeeding is a learned skill that requires knowledge, patience and practice.

I am a proud mother of 4 exclusively breastfed children, so I can completely relate to the overwhelming challenges, stress, guilt and anxiety new mothers/families face in dealing with breastfeeding issues in the first few days/ weeks with a newborn.  The physical and emotional exhaustion that goes along with caring for a newborn can be very difficult.

I am here to help guide, reassure and support you in a gentle, clear and concise manner.

You deserve to enjoy this experience with your baby!

I am a member of the Canadian Lactation Consultants Association (CLCA), the International Lactation Consultants Association (ILCA).

The International Board of Lactation Consultant Examiners (IBLCE) and the

College of Nurses of Ontario (CNO).

I am a trusted, compassionate, knowledgeable and evidence-based practitioner who strives to educate, empower, and deepen your breastfeeding relationship with your child.

Feel free to get in touch with me to learn more about the services I provide and how best I can meet you and your families needs. Whether you prefer an in-home visit or virtual consultation postnatally, I would be thrilled to help support you through these "precious beginnings" of your lactation journey!

I look forward to meeting and working with you and your family!
